Has Been Working For 14 Years, Creative Director of Dragon Age, Mike Laidlaw Leave BioWare
Today Mike Laidlaw announced that he left BioWare after 14 years working with them. Laidlaw has served in various positions ranging from authors to game designers in some BioWare games including the Dragon Age franchise.
Through his personal Twitter account, Laidlaw also said that he plans to share the knowledge and experience he has gained during his 14 years working in BioWare via Twitch and Twitter. Unfortunately, there is no word of which company he will go to after leaving BioWare.
This sudden announcement instantly made the fans wonder how the fate of Dragon Age franchise going forward without Laidlaw. This question was then addressed by Dragon Age Executive Producer, Mark Darrah who said through his personal Twitter that the franchise is still going to continue.
